Boys football season ends on a high

The curtain came down on the Secondary School Boys Football season on Wednesday night, with both the First XI Boys and the Second XI Boys having wins
The First XI beat Waitaki boys first XI 4-1 with George Seu Seu Musgrave getting a hattrick, they finished 7th.
The Boys Second XI, who have all been year 10s playing in a senior grade, also finished 7th with a good 3-0 win over South Otago at Tonga Park. Goal scorer's were Jack Waterworth, Ethan Then and Sammy Bingley. This team have done really well competing in a higher grade.
The junior Year 9 team also finished their season last night with a game over King. Although they haven't won many games the team turned up each week and competed really well.
