Congratulations - Off to USA

We wish Aria Bannister safe travels and best wishes for the next step in her squash career.
Aria is the first squash player to secure a full scholarship to St Paul's High School, New Hampshire, USA. This is an amazing opportunity to attend one of the top 10 private schools in the US and be able to play squash in a 1st division school team against some of the best junior players in the world.
Aria has a long list of achievements including
- NZ U15 National Champion
- South Island U17 Champion
- Otago Girls under 19 Junior Champion
- Otago Women’s Senior Open Champion, youngest female player to win this senior event
- Pirates Squash Club B grade Ladies team No 1 player. This team won the Otago B grade woman's Champs and qualified for the Senior Nationals in Dunedin
- NZ Junior under 19 Girls training squad member for world junior squash champs 2023
